The 15X-45X-60mm is ideal when size and weight are a consideration. This spotter has a charcoal rubber coating that helps quiet it down, resist scratching, and improve its resistance to weather. While they are not waterproof or fogproof, they have proven highly resistant to climactic changes. When you really think about it, seldom are spotters put to such abuse and weather conditions as are riflescopes anyway.
